By accessing or purchasing from avenofootwear.com you agree to these terms. If you do
not agree, do not use the site.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to
refuse, limit or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, resale,
bulk purchasing, pricing errors, or where an item is unavailable. If we cancel a paid
order we refund it in full.

Pricing and errors
We work to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but errors happen.
Where an item is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we
reserve the right to cancel the order even after it has been confirmed, and to refund
it in full. We are not obliged to honour an incorrect price.

Prices may change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while the promotion
is live and cannot be applied retroactively.

Product representation
Product photography is illustrative. Leather and suede are natural materials: colour,
grain and finish vary between pairs, and the cork footbed changes tone with wear. This
variation is a property of the material, not a defect.

Sizing
Sizes are listed in unisex US. Sizing guidance on the site is advice, not a guarantee
of fit. Choosing the wrong size is not a defect and is handled under the return policy.

Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your
delivery address and contact details, and for keeping your account secure.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from
an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for
indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost time, or costs
arising from a delayed or missing delivery.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Prohibited use
You may not use this site to break any law, infringe our intellectual property, scrape
or copy the site, resell products as an unauthorised retailer, or interfere with the
operation or security of the site.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photography, copy, layout and the Aveno name and
marks, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time
you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute is
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
